The Southern California Regional Center Training and Information Group (TIG) was established in 1998 as one of the six standing staff committies of the Southern California Conference of Regional Center Directors (SCCRCD) for the purpose of general training information sharing, identification of training issues that require joint action and the accomplishment of special training projects as asigned by the SCCRCD.

Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center (Serving an area that includes Hollywood-Wilshire, Central Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank, Eagle Rock, La Caņada- Flintridge, La Crescenta and Pasadena)
Harbor Regional Center (Serving an area that includes Southern Los Angeles county including Bellflower, Harbor, Long Beach, and Torrance)
Inland Regional Center (Serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties)
Westside Regional Center (Serving the area of Western Los Angeles county including the communities of Culver City, Inglewood, and Santa Monica)
South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (Serving Southern Los Angeles county including the communities of Compton and Gardena)
North Los Angeles County Regional Center (Serving Northern Los Angeles county including San Fernando and Antelope Valleys)
Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (Serving Eastern Los Angeles county including the communities of Alhambra and Whittier)
Orange County Regional Center (Serving Orange County)
San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center (Serving Eastern Los Angeles county including El Monte, Monrovia, Pomona, and Glendora)
